FAQ's

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal through PayPal Systems or Propay.  I also accept money orders and personal checks.  I ask that you please contact me before paying via money order or check.  In addition, it should be noted that your money orders or checks must clear before your order is shipped.


2. Will my personal information be safe?
You can be confident that your personal information will be secure. I use PayPal to offer safe credit transactions for my customers. PayPal has an extensive privacy policy that protects the privacy of the user and employs industry-standard SSL encryption technologies.

3. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax will be charged for all items shipped within the state of Connecticut.

4. What shipping methods do you use?
I always choose the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  As such, all orders within the US will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS). Please specify if you have a preference and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
 
5. When will my order arrive?
Allow  (3-5) business days for your item to be processed and ready for shipment. Please add additional time for shipping.

6. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

7. What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority!  I understand how difficult it is to order merchandise on-line. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, it is difficult to know if you are buying exactly what you want. That is why I offer my customers guaranteed satisfaction.
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s)within ten (10) days of receipt and we will refund the full purchase price.  Shipping on returned items is non- refundable. 
 
Please notify me via email.  Items must be in the same condition as when purchased, in order to receive a full refund.  
All sales are final after ten (10) days with no exceptions. Please review my Return Policy under Customer Service for additional details.

8. When will my return be processed?
Returns will be processed within seven (7) days of the date we receive your item(s). A notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time your refund is processed.

 
9. Why is there a price range for similar looking items.
I purchase my beads from a handful of talented artists. Their prices may vary depending on the glass they use, colors, and the detail in creating them.  If something is really unique or difficult to get, the price usually is more.  The price also depends on the amount of sterling silver and complimentary gemstones, crystals or beads that are used.  The time spent to complete a design is also factored into the price.
